Elevator is out of order. No signage indicating company name and location. Total disgrace. Strange humming coming from somewhere. Totally annoying. This place is a nightmare.

I am posting my review at this location also because I understand the same manager is now running both this and Mooresville locations. Long review that I hoped wouldn't be necessary but things at Regus continue to go down hill. As long as you don't need anything from anyone or to make changes to your contract things will probably be fine. But beware if you ever have to have service. I started using Regus 2018 and it started out great they had great staff, that were friendly and very helpful. In early 2021 we moved to a virtual office after our window office nearly doubled even though we were in the middle of Covid. They have a huge restoration fee 4.50 per square foot, you have to pay once you leave, no matter how well you leave it. Also your 2 months deposit that you paid up front not only has to be requested online (why must you request what is yours? another way to keep/get your money?), and you have to reenter your banking information of where you want it to go even though they have been drafting or charging your credit card all along. You will have to wait up to 45 days before you see that money. Note: You can't change your delete your banking information with out adding another one. They will always have access to taking your money unless you cancel your CC. This year we had a need to have an office for one month. Had to again pay the 2 months deposit. I wanted to move in on the 15th which they said was no problem, what they failed to tell me is that even though you can start in the middle of the month, you can't stop it in the middle of the month. So another catch to get your money. We moved into an office that hadn't been restored, holes in the walls and not painted. We would find out that the ethernet jack didn't work but they wouldn't move us to another office. They said they have a process to work through. Also said why would they move us to another office if they were working to resolve the problem. No concern for our business operation type attitude. They kept trying to say it was our phone but the phone they tried also didn't work in the jack. This became very frustrating as we continually had to explain how a ethernet phone worked, they had no knowledge of their systems and finally admitted it, but not till numerous conversations and my employee catching the Manager SW talking about us at the front desk with another employee. Very unprofessional and part of the decline in staff over the years. Which since we have been there we have seen over 15 changes in people at front desk and site manager. You may wonder why not just leave and go somewhere else? They have you locked in to contracts and agreements that you can't terminate, and you will have to continue to pay regardless, beware before you sign. Everyone you try to talk to will have a patented answer to everything "According to our terms and conditions", it's a crutch they lean on to give you poor customer service or deal with a situation. It's like talking to a 1-800 customer service line where you know they are reading a prewritten script. Also their is no accountability with anyone and so far everyone above them I have talked to has the same "it's in our terms and conditions". Also we used to get actual help from people onsite but now they just tell you that you have to do it online. Which has become a theme more work for you the customer and less work for them. Their processes and rules leave no room to do the right thing in situations like our office not being restored before we moved in, not only no credit but they will charge you the full restoration amount when you leave. I have not found anyone yet at Regus who can operate with a customer service mindset, it's all corporate processes and guidelines, not common sense. I am writing this long review so others will know how things have changed over the years and not for the better. Beware, we are stuck at least for now, you don't have to be.
