• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at YourOffice - SouthPark Charlotte? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, YourOffice - SouthPark Charlotte has you covered. Meeting Rooms and Private Day Offices are available by the hour. But you can book Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, YourOffice may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with YourOffice.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  YourOffice - SouthPark Charlotte operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
