It often feels like no one owns this place. The rent is fine for the space. But everything else "sold" to you is kinda a ruse. The company got bought last year, I think, and it's been a dumpster fire ever since. We're supposed to have someone at the center managing it. They've struggled to staff the position for as long as I can remember. Some people sucked so bad, I can't remember their names. Some were decent and left quick. Now, they were saying they would have people from nearby locations on a rotation to come here, but there are days there's still no one. The kitchen area is rarely clean. Today, the sink is full of dishes and there are gnats flying around. One day last week, the trash was so full, people were just stacking trash next to it. The parking has become a nightmare unless you're really early to arrive each day. They apparently don't own the parking lot, although having access to the parking was initially a draw for me. The bathrooms are regularly disgusting, seeing the same fecal stains sometimes for several days. I've learned they have a cleaning crew, but they don't clean daily. I'd imagine the manager we could/should have for the community would help supplement that, but again, no one fills that role. The mail delivery is not great. I've gotten mail for the wrong company several times. And then for larger packages, they just stack them so high and deep, you can't see who they're all for unless you go rummaging thru peoples' stuff. I'd think they could maybe as a courtesy place some of the items in the peoples' offices they go to. It has been my perception that the company that bought this place is already struggling financially (inability to staff, taking forever to fix minor maintenance items, and promises of a renovation that never occurred), but to attack financial struggles with a reduction of experience is a recipe to go out of business. I'm in a lease and not going anywhere. But just sharing because this place has gone SO far downhill in my time as a member (started around 2022). When I express my concerns to management, I will applaud them in quick responses. But the frequency with which I've had to share the same concerns is why I'm sharing this Google review. If you can find space at a good price elsewhere, do it.

My team and I booked a conference room for a two-day offsite and it was a great experience. This location is one of the best with Not Just Coffee conveniently attached. The space had everything we needed and Teddy was awesome to work with. We'll be back!

We rented out a room for a weekend project and everything about it was awesome. The location is convenient with Not Just Coffee around the corner. Highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wesley Heights has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Hygge Coworking, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
