  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Millennial House.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Millennial House operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

  For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

  Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Millennial House? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Millennial House has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.
