I joined Cocotiv over a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the space/atmosphere, services offered, and fellow "coworkers". The building is clean, amenities are well-stocked, and service by John and Jerry are top notch. Highly recommend.

Cocotiv has been one of my favorite places to work in Charlotte. The space is clean, modern, and has the right balance of being professional without feeling stuffy. What stands out most is the atmosphere. It's easy to get work done, but it's also a place where real connections happen. I've met some great people here, attended a few events, and always leave feeling like my time was well spent. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a space that supports entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small business owners. If you need a place to work, meet, or just get out of the house and be around good people, Cocotiv is worth checking out.
