I certainly have to say that Ayari is a real professional. Every interaction with her has been pleasant and efficient. She creates a welcoming environment and makes sure clients feel supported. Nice building, though it’s almost empty. Operations and technology are chaotic to say the least. Would highly recommend to stay away even if they offer cheaper rates. You’ll be charged 3 cleaning fees, and another 100 a month in random charges. I had my WiFi turned off mid work day twice because they by accident deleted my account and payment method. (Still never understood why they did this as it caused some confusion with billing with a ton of extra debtors and credits to my account) Then staff gas lighted me and got confrontational. Regus has two separate apps and neither of them really work in a stable way.

I just want to see prices. Very unnecessary to force people to do onboarding just so that someone gives you a call about pricing. Just show the prices for the different options lol. It's not that complicated.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I was out of my office for over a week, when I got back to the space and my door was wide open. Who knows how long it was open with my tax returns (with my name, address, social security number), bank statements with bank account numbers (both personal and business) and other private documentation all over my desk. No, I didn't leave the door open. They were letting people in and out of the office, who didn't work there, to canvas the neighborhoods for a client in the building. Anyone could have my identity now. Do whatever you can to find a different co-working space. They have a ton of brands under their parent company, Regus, do your research! Look at the BBB and other reviews at their other locations. Run, they're a bunch of crooks!!! All of the employees must be taught to ignore emails and brush complaints under the rug and hope they go away because not a single person is helpful!!
