Complete joke of a leasing office. I walk into the office 5 minutes before my tour. There's nobody in there. Wait 15 minutes and still not a soul. I call the office and they tell me it'll be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, 20 minutes after the tour was supposed to start they tell me my dog isn't allowed on the tour. He's on a leash and not going anywhere. There is nothing on the website saying this. Pet policy even says they welcome all your furry friends. Guess not. Greystar is 0-2 now in my experience, best to just avoid anything run by them.

The leasing staff are awesome. Very respectful and understanding. I would recommend this wonderful established apartment community to others. It comes with many amenities to fit each individual's needs. You will love being apart of the Kingship family.

Michael was an excellent leasing agent during my apartment tour. He was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the community. He answered all of my questions and made the process feel easy and comfortable. Also the property is in a great area!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Kinship WorkStation.
