I now understand why the reviews are so low. I just got off (or rather, was hung up on) by Benjamin, one of the leasing agents. I called with a simple question and was met with rudeness and zero professionalism. Instead of helping, Benjamin abruptly hung up in my face. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing the property. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can only imagine how current tenants are treated. Management seriously needs to address this.

I’ve lived in enough apartment communities to know that the leasing office plays a significant role in the resident experience, and I want to recognize Kinship’s Assistant Manager, Ben. I’ve been dealing with a difficult ongoing issue, but Ben’s effort, professionalism, and advocacy have been so exceptional that I felt compelled to write a positive review rather than a negative one. Ben has consistently gone above and beyond by staying involved, proactively following up, communicating regularly, and working toward a resolution. His professionalism never feels transactional, and he treats residents with empathy, respect, and urgency. Even during challenging situations, he remains positive, engaged, and committed to working with you to find solutions. Not every problem has an immediate solution, but every resident deserves someone who cares enough to keep trying. Ben is that person, and both Kinship and Greystar are fortunate to have him. 🌟

Complete joke of a leasing office. I walk into the office 5 minutes before my tour. There's nobody in there. Wait 15 minutes and still not a soul. I call the office and they tell me it'll be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, 20 minutes after the tour was supposed to start they tell me my dog isn't allowed on the tour. He's on a leash and not going anywhere. There is nothing on the website saying this. Pet policy even says they welcome all your furry friends. Guess not. Greystar is 0-2 now in my experience, best to just avoid anything run by them.

The leasing staff are awesome. Very respectful and understanding. I would recommend this wonderful established apartment community to others. It comes with many amenities to fit each individual's needs. You will love being apart of the Kingship family.

Michael was an excellent leasing agent during my apartment tour. He was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the community. He answered all of my questions and made the process feel easy and comfortable. Also the property is in a great area!

Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Kinship WorkStation.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Kinship WorkStation, who is more than happy to help out.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
