Jordan the Manager was wonderful and truly a kimd and compassoniate person. It is the people that make the business and he was a fantastic example of a great ambassador. The assistant Daniela was very kind as well.

Elijah was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He answers my questions and was able to take care of my maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
I truly love being a resident here. The leasing and management team truly knows how to stand out and go above and beyond for our community. Everyone in the office is AMAZING and always gives their best whenever we need them, especially during resident events. The location and overall convenience are top-tier for someone like me who’s constantly maneuvering all over the city. Safety is also a priority for me, and this community definitely checks all of the boxes.. even down to the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. ☺️
I really like living at Kinship. The office staff is amazing. They are always ready to help and take improvement suggestions seriously. The amenities are a whole vibe. I wish I could give a half-star because it would be 4.5. The pool noise is disrespectful at all hours of the day and night, making it difficult for me to rest or study. Also, I thought the pool was heated all year, not just open. Overall, great spot. I look to be here for a while.
