An absolutely deplorable and predatory company. From the beginning, our experience of them has been PURE HELL. First of all, when we signed up one night, we changed our mind about proceeding with them after findng better offers elsewhere for virtual addresses and proceeded to call them that night to cancel but they were closed. We called bright and early the next morning and they told us it was too late. This is despite us having one business day to cancel. We were then locked in with them for 2 years. To be honest, we have gotten nothing out of the relationship. The price you pay for the address $70+/mo only gets you an address and doesn't even get you a co-working space. So, imagine paying that for 2 years just to get that. A lot of other competitors are half the price just for that service. This was a bad business decision and a TOTAL WASTE of money. You live and you learn as a new business owner. In addition, their customer service is the worst. They are not helpful with addressing your concerns and email you in the middle of the night when you are asleep (I'm assuming their customer service is overseas somewhere). They recently charged my card without my permission after telling me that I would have to pay for certain charges manually. I bet you they won't return the money either despite us reaching out. Also, the monthly payment is much higher than what they advertise for because of hidden fees they said was mandatory. They claimed it was in the fine print. Was told this after signing up so couldn't get out of it. Their system isn't flexible. Everything is automated and employees claim they can't assist customers when situations arise like when my card had fraud and I forgot to update my payment card with them. I told them I missed a payment due to fraud and had to close that card, hoping they'd waive a late fee. I spoke with someone to explain the situation and was told they I had to request the late fee to be waived online...only to be sent a generic "I'm sorry that happened. We can't waive the late fee because it's system generated" BS. They probably just didn't believe me. They should have asked for proof of the fraud which I'd provide, instead they use the "system generated and we can't do anything" excuse. A measly $32 they wouldn't waive smh. Also, their online payment portal is not user friendly at all. Their whole business felt cold and impersonal.Use anyone else but them if you don't like headaches! $70 per month for 2 years for absolutely nothing.

This place is absolutely stunning! Pamela and Leoke are fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I used a day office here, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even offering me coffee. The whole experience was top-notch. If you're in the Cary area, I highly recommend stopping by for the day!

This is a horrible company to rent office space. Does not honor signed contracts. I have sent copies of the emails stating our rental agreement, and the Center will not honor them - when they are agreed to by Center staff. When it is time to get your retainer deposit back, the excuses and blame (on the customer) go on and on. Now the Manager of that location will not even respond to emails anymore, and we still do not have our deposit. There are many better rental options in the area.

I've been trying to reach customer service for nearly a month. Why is so hard to cancel a member ship? Anytime I select the customer service option the phone immediately disconnects. Additionally the number you have listed here consistently goes to "voicemail" I've gone through several hoops just to get my communities number in order to cancel my husband's account.

Pamela is Amazing. The Staff are great. Regus is a big corporate behemoth that tries to squeeze profits out of hidden charges. 1. You can have only one business account to a virtual office address. 2. Once you sign a contract there is no going back. IWG doesn't care if you missed their small print. 3. They add a $30 month mail forwarding charge and don't share that you are going to get charged for it. Once you are billed for it they don't refund it. To get rid of it you have to click through 8 different menus to fill out a form to remove it. I won't ever deal with IWG/Regus/Spaces again. Pamela is great though!
