This company is absolutely ridiculous. We clearly mentioned our room number in our review, yet someone responded saying they “couldn’t find our account” — an obvious excuse to avoid addressing any problems after the contract is signed. It’s clear they take no responsibility once you’ve moved in. To terminate the contract, they require a three-month notice, which already feels unreasonable. They increase the amount incorrectly, If you don’t pay, they told you that your internet will be cut off and that it could impact your credit score — it feels like a lifetime contract you can never get out of. The most ironic part? When signing the contract, they were extremely efficient — everything was done in just one day. But once issues arise, they either disappear or pretend not to understand. If you’re considering signing with them, think twice. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Extremely Disappointed – Unresolved Billing Issue! Scam!!! DONOT say cannot find our account, we rent Room 122 at this location!!! Our account number is 15509704!!! I’m incredibly frustrated with Regus and feel completely scammed. Back in April, I renegotiated a new monthly price of $518 for 6 months, which was confirmed by my Regus contact, Jason Householder. However, Jason never updated the agreement, then left the company in May, and no one from the Retention team ever followed up. Despite sending proof of the agreed price weeks ago, I’m still waiting for a resolution. It’s now been over two weeks since Regus acknowledged the mistake, yet there’s no update, no correction, and no accountability. Meanwhile, Regus continues to demand full payment under the incorrect rate, threatening late fees and service disruptions. I was told to pay now “to avoid service interruption,” even though this entire issue is Regus’s fault. This experience has been unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable. I do not recommend Regus to any business that values transparency, reliability, or basic customer service.
