Lived here for two years and had no problems at all. Very quiet, clean, and safe. Everyone was very nice in the community and maintenance was always extremely quick to help. Highly Recommend

I’ve had the chance to tour Chronicle Mills and also know a few people who currently live there, so I’ve gotten a pretty well-rounded impression—and it’s been great across the board. The community is clean, well-kept, and has a really nice atmosphere. Everyone I know there has had a smooth leasing experience and speaks highly of the management team. Amy in leasing stands out for being responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It’s clear the team cares about creating a positive experience for residents.

Do your research before moving in, multiple plumbing issues, parking and safety concerns. Take the time to talk to tenants of apartments and businesses. Staff is incredibly rude and lacks knowledge of the environment. “Response from the owner 8 hours ago - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are not currently aware of any concerns regarding parking, security, or ongoing plumbing issues; however, we would be glad to look into this further. Please reach out to the leasing office so we can address your concerns directly.” From the “owners” reply, please address the professionalism of your staff. After sharing this review, it seems your staffs rudeness and lack of experience is known in Belmont.

5 stars just isn't enough! Not only is the building unique and the people that live there friendly, the staff is always on point! The building is well kept and there are tons of events where residents can socialize and meet new people. The exposed brick throughout the main building adds so much character and something that newer builds just can't compete with. You can walk to downtown Belmont in 5 minutes so the location is quite ideal. Go for a tour and take a stroll down town!

Update: I had to bring the 5 star review down because I’m sour at how they increase rent for loyal residents even when the prices are already astronomical. Look, I get this may be the only complex walking distance to downtown Belmont, but it’s getting ridiculous. I have a full time job and I’m a graduate student that now has to figure out moving yet again because prioritizing your people over profit is no longer a thing. I’ve been here for 3 years, and was never late on paying rent. I’m very clean, quiet, and respectful yet they insist on raising my rent every single renewal more than $50. This past time the had the nerve to try and raise it $200!!!!!! They were willing to bring it down to a $100 increase but when my rent is already over $1500 for less than 700 sq ft with no window in my bedroom and no balcony I chose to find a much better deal closer to the city. I have no problems with the staff of this complex… the owners of the building are another story. The whole market rate pricing bs really irks me because it truly highlights how care for PEOPLE is no longer a thing in our culture. The way the owners prioritize profit over keeping good tenants is sickening. I will never understand why they want to continuously raise the price that drives good residents out to get new people in when that just adds wear and tear on the building and more work for everyone. When I first moved into this complex, I had a 2 bedroom with a roommate because I couldn’t afford my own apartment. Eventually, I was able to find a decent deal on the 1 bedroom I’m currently in. Another reason we chose to move out of the 2 bedroom is because they were trying to raise our rent when we already paid over $2k! About a month after we moved out the very same apartment was somewhere around $1800. That’s a slap in the face and makes ZERO SENSE. If you can afford to rent out the apartment for a lower rate why not offer that to the people already in the unit?!!! —— I’ve been here for almost 3 years since the complex first opened & I love it! When I first drove by the building when it was under construction I knew I wanted to live here, so it is a literal dream come true. The office girlies are so sweet, maintenance is on top of it (shoutout G), it is in the PERFECT LOCATION, and all of it feels like luxury living… can’t get any better!
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
