Simply Neat

Came in for a walk-in tour there was no one at the front to greet me nor was there any note or notice on when someone would be back. Waitied at the front for over 30 mins. I was really looking forward to visiting this location today. I also called twice and no one answered to even schedule a tour. Very unprofessional. Do better!

We have lived at Chronicle Mill for over three years and really love it! The location in Belmont is unbeatable and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The apartment has tons of character and really great amenities.

We lived here from the day it opened for 3.5 years. When asked when we were buying a house I told everyone that “you couldn’t pry me out of this place with a crowbar” and I meant it. But if God laughs at our plans then I’m convinced he uses mine for toilet paper. Circumstances beyond anyone’s control have made it necessary for us to move. The front office has been very supportive and has helped make this unexpected transition as painless as possible. We will forever look back on our time here with love and we are truly sad to have to leave the place that has been home for one of the most challenging and exciting chapters of our lives. I hope whoever moves into 325 loves it as much as we have.

The apartments are designed with stylish architecture, spacious rooms, and large windows that allow natural sunlight to fill every corner. Modern kitchens, elegant balconies, and cozy living areas provide both luxury and functionality. Many units also offer breathtaking views of the city skyline, sparkling pools, or beautiful courtyards. These apartments did not disappoint at all.

Lived here for two years and had no problems at all. Very quiet, clean, and safe. Everyone was very nice in the community and maintenance was always extremely quick to help. Highly Recommend
