I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at this testing center. Todge at the front desk was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was so kind, welcoming, and reassuring. I was taking my North Carolina Personal Lines licensing exam and was incredibly nervous, but she immediately helped put me at ease with her warmth and kindness. After I finished my exam and found out I had passed, I asked if I could give her a hug because I honestly needed one in that moment. Without hesitation, she smiled, gave me the biggest hug, and celebrated with me. After weeks of studying and working toward this goal, that simple act of kindness meant more than she’ll probably ever know. Todge didn’t just check me in, she made one of the most important days of my career feel a little less scary. Her compassion and genuine care are something I’ll never forget. Thank you, Todge, for being such a bright light. You made a lasting impact on my day, and I’m so grateful. ❤️

I hosted a presentation in the downstairs large space. Lots of great natural light and the power point still was easy to see. Easy set up for the media and they gave me a walk through a few days before the event. All chairs & tables had wheels so easy on my body to move around.

Very nice center. Nice amenities it was not terribly loud when I was there, but I could imagine it getting loud. I’ve got the woman’s name the counter. She was very helpful. And I passed my security plus exam.

My exam got rescheduled due to weather and their team was the most helpful in communicating with me and getting me set up to reschedule my exam. 10/10 recommend
