Been calling the Avery my home for a little over 3 months. After spending some time here I can now say that it is a great place to live. Special thanks to Ali, Amber, Dustin and Michelle whom have been super helpful and made living here feel more special.

I’ve enjoyed living here for over a year until recently. The hallway on the far side of the 4th floor wreaks of marijuana and the smell lingers into my apartment. It’s been almost every evening and weekend mornings. It’s not fair for the inside of my unit to wreak of someone’s marijuana smoke when this is suppose to be a smoke free property. It affects my health as it triggers my migraines. I’ve addressed it to the front desk yesterday and today the hallway again is overpowered with marijuana odor. Hope this review will bring change and enforce the smoke free policy. Happy to change my review when conditions have improved and policies are enforced. Also the package room needs improvement. Because of theft, there was a lock placed on the door without an email notification, because then at least I could change delivery instructions to say “deliver to unit door.” It is only accessible during business hours, which is inconvenient since I’m at work at those hours. I have my wedding in a few days and I’m waiting on a couple important packages. Since the package room will be locked after hours, I asked if I could call the office during business hours to see if they could leave my package at my door or if there’s another solution and I was told no. I have two important packages for my wedding and it would have meant a lot if the office was willing to help me out by dropping it off at my door, sticking it in a locker, or just leaving it outside of the package room.

I just moved into the Avery. The location is excellent and the property is nice and very well-maintained. But the best part has been the people. My new neighbors are welcoming. The leasing and front office team is always helpful — Amber, Autumn, and Ali immediately take care of any of my questions or issues. And Dustin and the Maintenance team are great at what they do and kind while they do it.
