Great location, beautiful space, and responsive management. I’ve been renting an office here since the spring and plan to stay for a long time. The office space is quiet, clean, and friendly, and the new management has given the whole place a face lift. When I first moved in, one of my windows wouldn’t stay open. The new building manager fixed it almost immediately. I’m glad to make this my downtown home base.

I have been a tenant in this building for nearly a year, and it has been a great experience. Ken, the landlord, is incredibly responsive and active in his role as the owner/landlord. He has made substantial upgrades to the space, and has maintained its affordability. The space is also in a great location downtown Helena, with restaurants and shopping nearby. I highly recommend this building for any local businesses who are looking for an office space.

I have a fractional CFO business and am working with Ken @ The Lion Building since 2025 as a virtual office tenant. I've been impressed by Ken's management and building improvements in the past year. Access to the board room has been a great feature I've used for professional business meetings. I highly recommend The Lion Building for any business who wants to maintain a professional mailing address and have access to office amenities usually reserved for only brick and mortar tenants.

We had a great experience. They went above and beyond to assist us in negotiating our lease agreement, helping us with move in, and answering all our questions. They're quickly available in case things come up (which they inevitably do) and I appreciate the dedication to keeping the process smooth. The renovations look fantastic!

I recently toured the building while searching for a new office space. Ken was responsive and quickly scheduled a tour. The space was clean and future upgrades were noted. A current renter saw Ken giving a tour and went out of her way to say I should rent there. Ken was great about answering questions and navigating potential needs as well as gave a clear summary of next steps both verbally and via email, unprompted. In looking at other offices, the Lion's builing was the most economical I came across.
