I have had a wonderful experience since moving my private practice into this office building. The owner is responsive, approachable, and quick to address any questions or concerns. The other professionals in the building are friendly and welcoming, and the space is easy for both renters and clients to access. I am very happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for professional office space!

Rented a conference room here. It checked all the boxes I needed - clean, comfortable, quiet, private, and the location was great. Will definitely use again!

I recently rented a co-working office at The Lion Building, located in Downtown Helena, for a month and it was exactly what I needed. I was looking for a professional workspace in a convenient downtown location that offered flexibility and a reasonable cost. The Lion Building checked all the boxes. The office was comfortable, the internet was included, and the location made it easy to work in downtown Helena. A special thank you to Ken Mahar, the owner, who did an outstanding job helping me find an office that fit my needs. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy. I would highly recommend the co-working offices at The Lion Building to anyone looking for a professional, flexible, and affordable workspace in downtown Helena!

Great location, beautiful space, and responsive management. I’ve been renting an office here since the spring and plan to stay for a long time. The office space is quiet, clean, and friendly, and the new management has given the whole place a face lift. When I first moved in, one of my windows wouldn’t stay open. The new building manager fixed it almost immediately. I’m glad to make this my downtown home base.

I have been a tenant in this building for nearly a year, and it has been a great experience. Ken, the landlord, is incredibly responsive and active in his role as the owner/landlord. He has made substantial upgrades to the space, and has maintained its affordability. The space is also in a great location downtown Helena, with restaurants and shopping nearby. I highly recommend this building for any local businesses who are looking for an office space.
