Great space to work out of! Easy parking and conveniently located off of Main Street, so you can walk everywhere. Awesome management that keeps a clean and professional space!

We have officed in the Madison for the past few years, and I cannot be more happy with the setup. The space is updated, bright, and the ownership is constantly investing in updating lighting, conference, room, etc. The price for this location can't be beat, and having dedicated parking downtown is clutch (and rare)! The common areas, including the conference room, are well appointed and we rarely have conflicts reserving it. The ownership/management staff are approachable, available, and proactive to any questions or concerns.

Currently utilize the office sharing space. Cannot say enough positives, perfect location, walking distance to the gym, restaurants, coffee, shopping, COOP etc. Great facility and newly remodeled. I’ve been a tenant for a year now and have no plans to move.
