This review is for the space and the on-demand coworking setup; I haven't tried a monthly configuration. Booking was easy via the HQ app, didn't need to speak with anyone or use a broken web site. $39/day for daily coworking in May 2026. The front door is shared with Brigade, a restaurant on the second floor, and 1864, a bar in the basement, which is a little confusing, but once you sort that out, it's straightforward. Elevator or stairs (which are disconnected into two stairways with a door in the middle on floor 2) to the 3rd floor and it's the only entrance on that floor. The door has a digital lock, so if you're there for daily coworking, the office admin lets you in. She and I arrived at the same time a couple days, a little after 8am. She was lovely, by the way - helpful, friendly, and organized. There's a code for the Wifi tied to your booking each day, and a shared space with 6 desks with dividers and good natural light for the co-working rentals. The office space in general is clean, well laid out with multiple private bathrooms, a kitchen, and a balcony. Coffee is $1, ice and fridge are free. Everything worked while I was there, and I was the only one in my shared office space, which worked out very well for calls - there's a door on the space which I could close to avoid disturbing anyone else. There were at least half a dozen other occupants of the overall office space in various private and shared office configurations. Overall a good experience, easy to book and utilize. I'll do it again when I'm back in town.

Don’t recommend. New ownership messed up what was a simple relationship with tenants
