The staff at this location are very helpful. They highly value their customers and help escalate concerns that require Regus corporate attention. I’ll likely get a new lease with them in the future. The price was very good as well.

The office was fine, the price was fine, but the customer service over getting refunded unauthorized fees charged to my card without my permission is why these people can’t keep customers. It’s obvious that this is out of the hands of the local manager. They try to fix the issues but their global system doesn’t act or takes too long. Submitting a ticket is all they can do. They can’t actually fix the issues. I wonder what an audit on Regus’s open tickets worldwide would show?

There is a constant turnover of employees, which makes it nearly impossible for the service to improve or remain consistent. Communication is consistently poor, and there is no manager on-site to provide proper oversight or accountability. I strongly recommend reading the contract very carefully—what you sign is not always what you end up paying. There are discrepancies that are not clearly communicated upfront. Additionally, you are limited in how often you can bring clients, which is not made clear from the beginning. Overall, a frustrating experience due to lack of transparency and management.

Do not EVER rent an office space here - tons of hidden fees (charged me $450 “cleaning fee” for my 100 sq ft office with no carpet) made it impossible to cancel, and there was no air conditioning in my office in the peak of summer. The office looks like an asylum (concrete walls, floors, plastic everything, instant coffee only). There’s 100 better coworking space in Bozeman that won’t try to nickel and dime you (and are MUCH nicer). Coming to Regus was a huge mistake.
