Wonderful state-of-the-art facility. The staff and management are very easy to work with; they are very on top of things. A great place to lease an office suite!

My experience with customer support and the manager of the Ridgeland office was terrible. I called ahead to request dependable hard wire internet service. None of the ports worked when I arrived. The host (Dalton) was kind and tried to help but could do nothing but chat online with his support leadership. I had to find another location with hard wire service. I went there and everything worked easily with no problems. Dalton put in a request to get the office internet fixed. He was told there was nothing wrong and nothing was done. He told me "you can come back tomorrow but you will have the same problems because nothing was done." (Dalton should be promoted into leadership!). I am a counselor and am working remotely, so the poor quality internet and support left me without options but to leave. (Wifi was less that 60mbps). I tried to call the 800 number and was routed to a recording that said "fill our a service ticket online" and then hung up on. Regus will provide a live person to answer if you are reserving a new space but not to help with problems. I called the regional manager (Tom) 3 times and each time went straight to vmail. His phone was off and did not ring once. He was informed of the situation yesterday and made zero effort to reach out to me. I will not use Regus again.

Giving the rating for the company itself, the staff members in the location Moriah and Omar were very pleasant… it is explained when signing your contract that you will be charged a “cleaning fee” or a office restoration service, as they call it. What they do not tell you is that the “Office Restoration Services” is in the House Rules portion of the contract which they have stated in the House Rules that they are subject to change. So they purposely put that fee in there to be able to change the fee, WITHOUT any notice. Then they tell you their way of informing you is updating the house rules in the app, as if people know that the contract they signed will be changing. But neither here nor there, the point is that they are adamant about following said “House Rules”. The unfortunate part is that I was told by office staff the fee would be charged upon departure which is what the House Rules clearly state, I will include a picture here. But yet, they send me an invoice with the fee charged and due BEFORE departure or lease end date. Avoid doing business with this company as a whole!

The dumbest and most incompetent people I have ever done business with . It took literally 20 phone calls ( I do mean 20) to get a payment posted on my account . Never doing business with them again
