This is a great space in the perfect part of town. The space allows you to get a sense of community for people who work alone. Plus the coffee doesn’t suck.

The Hub Office Suites is truly one of Hattiesburg’s best-kept secrets! I love the professional yet inviting atmosphere—especially the elegant lobby that instantly makes my clients feel comfortable and welcomed. The spaces are beautifully maintained and flexible enough to fit a wide variety of businesses. It’s been incredibly easy to personalize my own suite, and the steady foot traffic has even helped my business grow. The landlord is fantastic to work with—responsive, kind, and fair—and the rent is refreshingly reasonable. There’s honestly no reason anyone looking for a professional workspace shouldn’t take advantage of this gem of a place!
