Rented for two months here; no issues — quiet and comfortable to do your work. Private internet, coffee, printing — full service. Enjoyed the stay!

Horrible company and management. No communication at all, only wants your money don't even know if the place is staffed. Had virtual office there for 1 year and when I canceled after not getting anyone on the phone the Corp billed me $500 from mostly late fees. There are cheaper and better options out there. Regus is a joke anyone that you can't get in contact with as a business is not business at all.

Regus has definitely dropped the ball with the services they offer. Every time I call my local office, they can't assist you. You must call the Help Desk. We've attempted to cancel several times but they hold you to a "contract" in order to continue the financial manipulation. There are more affordable virtual addresses & co-working spaces. Regus just doesn't cut it.

Watch out. They will offer you a month to month virtual office. And then they will sign you up for a two year contract without your consent. That's what happened to me. I called to quit the virtual office service by phone. They agreed on the phone but insisted they will bill me for three more months. Then later said the end date was 20 months later to finish the 2 year agreement I didnt agree to. Look at the corroborating complaints on online forums and online complaint websites. Finally, they illegally didnt comply with the postal regulations. They didnt ask me to complete any postal forms. Nothing. The postal mailbox regulations were violated. I didn't realize this until I reviewed the account. Regus must be sinking under their own mismanagement. This is no way to support small business owners. It's only a matter of time before they go under. This sort of behavior smacks of desperation to cling on whatever revenue available to meet payroll. I dare you to sign up with Regus. I think the five star reviews are inside jobs and bogus.
