When I applied, there was a short waiting list. The process went something like you call, they call you back with the application information, when you finish applying, they will give u a time frame for when they think they will get to your application. *Mine was much faster* *During the application, they are very clear about when/how often they will make contact before its your turn* Because of their work & the program: my roof, hot water heater, porch steps, fence and much much more was replaced. *the contractors did a great job & everything moves very quickly once they start* *keep in mind* They are a small group of people and the program is taking off, be patient. When they get to you, you will be sooo grateful. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks kevin!

I called them and left a message and most people they don't get back to you but the person called me back and it was over the holidays and I really appreciated it. They do all they can to make sure you get all the information you need to get some kind of assistance

They seem to be helpful in the beginning but then after 6 months of sending in all of your life's documents all you got was a thanks response and sometimes not even that no one calls to check to see what progress you made with saving for the dp assistance it's like you have to chase them and call them. But steady asking for paycheck stubs 6 months of bank statements etc but no real assistance it's like ok what do I need to do next I sent in everything what now !

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with STL Partnership.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with STL Partnership, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
