It's so great to have this co-working space on the IL-Side. Being there with other creatives without having to travel across the “bridge” was so needed. I look forward to some great initiatives to benefit the Metro-East. I am excited for what's ahead. #StayFocused 🤓

The best is yet to come for the 89th Collective. When it comes to community, collaboration and innovation 89th Collective is the space to find yourself. This space is for the community to collectively build, create, elevate with legacy as a back drop for it all. I plan to continue building my brand, my business, my legacy with 89th Collective and look forward to meeting you there!

Not online is The 89th Collective an amazing coworking/event space but it's also an amazing place to meet other like minded entrepreneurs. I've attended 2 events and both times I was blown away by the diversity I found in the entrepreneurs and member of this community/space.
The 89th Collective operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with The 89th Collective.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The 89th Collective, who is more than happy to help out.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
