Regus is a very poorly run facility from a billing/invoicing perspective. They go out of their way to make sure you don't get your retainers back in a timely fashion. Their payment processing is very difficult to work with and cancelling accounts is also very difficult. They make everything as hard as possible, on purpose to hang on to their clients money for as long as possible. I would not rent from Regus anywhere because apparently "Corporate" does not give their local managers any authority to do the right thing! Keep looking! You will find honest businesses out their that care more than just about the money.

I would not lease here they are very expensive for a small office is $1251 a month (for about 150 sq. ft.)and I signed a 2 year lease and they went up 9.6% after 12 months (citing inflation). We needed a second space and that also went up over 10% $682 for 90 sq. ft. Then they charge for use of copier, coffee, signage at front. Lots of power issues, heat issues, internet issues. Would not recommend renting here just staying until lease is up at this point since no discounts for long term or multiple units. Commercial office space is coming down I would negotiate somewhere else. Got even worse they wanted to charge $2500 for 180 square feet (two offices), plus extra for copier, conference room, name listed at front. They charged a restoration fee of $900 when we moved out for cleaning the space, I don't think it costs that much for 180 sq ft... buyer beware and stay away. The Virtual office I had in Tennessee they renewed my mtm lease with a two year and didn't even send me anything. Terrible business model, probably why We Work went out of business.

Our rental agreement expired at the end of June and it is now the end of September and they still do not have the billing on our account straightened out. They continued to bill us for rent for July and August, then they will issue credits against our account for different amounts that do not match incorrect charges. Just this past month, they charged us over $2,000 again! I am unable to speak to a human about the problem. You can only submit a ticket to the help desk who will only answer via email. Unfortunately, I believe the people answering the emails are from another country and cannot communicate effectively nor can they understand basic mathematics. I've been trying to have our credit card removed from our account without any success. I am at a loss of how to rectify this situation without getting legal counsel involved. DO NOT RENT FROM REGUS!!
