Absolute scam of a company. We leased an office, paid monthly in full though we decided not to pursue our expansion into this market, and NEVER used the office even once. Even still they are trying to charge us a $500 office restoration fee. There is ZERO restoration to be done as we NEVER used it, no furniture, no access, no paint, no anything as we only visited the building one time to simply see where the office was located. If you plan to lease here expect to be nickel and dimed for charges that are unwarranted and the local management are rude and dismissive of any reasonable request.

Popped into the office for the day and was met by Anga. He was very welcoming, and did a great job showing me around the place. Customer service was 10 out of 10. If you're in town looking for a place to work, I recommend you stop by here.

This building is practically empty, the Regus billing practices is shady at best, and the staff will tell you one thing on the phone and then send you an email with completely conflicting info. Our keycard access has not worked for the parking garage since we signed up, they tried to charge us for services we did not ask for and had to have them removed and credited, and then tried to charge us a monthly fee for a sticker sign we put on the doors ourselves. Worst of all they don't answer phones hardly ever, pass the blame to different people and departments, yet you are supposed to talk to the "local team." It is seriously the worst office building I have worked with or leased from in 25 years of owning my company. Pick any other company than this one. And be sure to cancel way in advance and make sure not to get over-billed, or extra bills after the end date. And demand your deposit back asap.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Regus - St Louis - Downtown Deloitte Building operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
