As a St. Louis resident, this is incredibly disappointing to watch. While regular people are asking for transparency and a say in what happens to our city, this agency seems busy escorting government officials and Ameren executives on “data center” junkets that look wildly out of touch with public sentiment. Call it what you want — incentives, site tours, relationship building — but to many of us it feels like the same old insider behavior that residents are explicitly rejecting. These projects are unpopular, yet this agency keeps pushing them anyway, as if the public’s opinion is just an inconvenience. If this is economic development, it’s not for the people who actually live here.

Greater St. Louis, Inc. does a fantastic job supporting economic growth and collaboration across the St. Louis region. Their team is clearly passionate about helping businesses thrive, connecting leaders, and fostering opportunities that benefit the entire community. I’ve been impressed by how they bring people together to promote growth, innovation, and inclusivity in this region. Whether you’re a business owner, community leader, or just care about local development, their work really makes a difference. Highly recommend paying attention to what they’re doing if you’re invested in the future of St. Louis!

Walking through the Metropolitan Square lobby marveling at its massiveness and gazing at the economic development to preserve and maintain downtown St. Louis.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to STL Partnership to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
STL Partnership - Helix Center Biotech Incubator has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
