You know, the old saying, do want to others, as you would have done upon you. Honor the neighbor. Well, none of that is true with this group. I happen to preside in a home that was next door to one of the construction projects. In april of 2025 my nightmare began. They dug the foundation so they could pour the concrete right up to my fence line. Hey, big storm happen and my fence landslided, and there were huge holes in my backyard. It was like a scene out of a mid evil torture chamber there was pieces of rod.Iron sticking up for the foundation. But these huge holes my dogs could have fell in and been impaled. Understanding nature's nature, I spoke to the people in charge, and they insured me that everything would be resolved. Okay, I'll give them a chance instead of calling my insurance company.Because they promised they will replace my fence, and everything would be fine. As the project moved along, they brought in dirt and were raising the property level on their side.So the grading had all the water draining towards my house, which in turn caused water problems. In my basement, I brought that to their attention. Again, I was assured that everything would be resolved. Okay, end of the project they wanted to tell me that they were not going to replace my fence. They were just going to put up new posts that they had damaged. And new fencing, but they had backfilled on my fence. And then the grading was still an issue. So they revoked on what they said they would do. They also implied that my fence was not on my property. So I hired a land surveyor to prove that it was. I in turn called a building inspector after some choice words with the site manager. In january, the building inspector told them that they had to fix the grading. Now, seven months later, after three attempts, they finally fixed everything. But they made my life hell for over a year. I camped on asking them one simple question. How would you feel if this was your property? And you know, they would never answer that question.

When I applied, there was a short waiting list. The process went something like you call, they call you back with the application information, when you finish applying, they will give u a time frame for when they think they will get to your application. *Mine was much faster* *During the application, they are very clear about when/how often they will make contact before its your turn* Because of their work & the program: my roof, hot water heater, porch steps, fence and much much more was replaced. *the contractors did a great job & everything moves very quickly once they start* *keep in mind* They are a small group of people and the program is taking off, be patient. When they get to you, you will be sooo grateful. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks kevin!

I called them and left a message and most people they don't get back to you but the person called me back and it was over the holidays and I really appreciated it. They do all they can to make sure you get all the information you need to get some kind of assistance

They seem to be helpful in the beginning but then after 6 months of sending in all of your life's documents all you got was a thanks response and sometimes not even that no one calls to check to see what progress you made with saving for the dp assistance it's like you have to chase them and call them. But steady asking for paycheck stubs 6 months of bank statements etc but no real assistance it's like ok what do I need to do next I sent in everything what now !
