We used the Commons Courtyard space for our rehearsal dinner and it was absolutely incredible. It was late April and we were uncertain about the weather so we loved the add-on option of an indoor room w/ AC for food setup and a backup plan in case of extreme heat or rain. Luckily, it was a gorgeous day so we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful flowers, lights, and fountain. The kitchenette is super convenient for a fridge/freezer and nearby, private bathrooms. We had a need for an accessible location and while the Courtyard is outside and cobblestone, the stone is well-maintained, especially the main pathways, and everything being so close, especially to the parking, made it very feasible for our guests, although I'd encourage touring in person if you have those needs to confirm. Jeannie was very helpful and responsive when asking questions and making adjustments to the booking, and she clearly takes very good care of the space.

Wonderful experience and a Beautiful venue! We looked at multiple venues for my daughter’s bridal shower and The Commons Courtyard is by far the best value as well as a Beautiful venue! Jeannie was great and really easy to work with. She respond to questions very quickly. I especially appreciated that you are able to rent the Fusion Room, which is an indoor air conditioned room, connected to The Commons Courtyard. The food and drink policy was fantastic. It provided flexibility to bring in any food you wanted without having to use a designated caterer. The shower was beautiful and everyone had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend the Common’s if you are looking for an outdoor venue.

I rented an office at The Commons during a transitional period, and it was definitely the right call! The space itself is thoughtfully designed: quiet when you need to focus, social when you need a break, and never the sterile, fluorescent-lit experience you get at the bigger chains. They are very accommodating re. the room’s design and allowing you to make it your own. Also, being open 24/7 during my transitional period was so valuable and provided the perfect environment for deep, concentrated work. Buuuut, what really sets The Commons apart is the people, starting with Jeannie. She runs the place with a kind of personal warmth that's rare in any business, let alone coworking — she knows your name, she remembers what you're working on, she stays in contact whenever you need something, and she somehow makes a shared workspace feel like a community you actually want to be part of. The building has character. The amenities work. The vibe is exactly what you want when you're trying to do real work without the soul-crushing feeling of a corporate office or the endless distractions of your personal life. If my circumstances ever change and I need a space again, I know exactly where I am looking! I can't recommend this group highly enough ***11/10*** :)

Paul and team are great! Need a co-working space? The Commons has many different levels of membership and tons of amenities to go along with it like a full gym! Great networking with local businesses as well. Need to hold a meeting, a bridal shower or a birthday party? They have great spaces for those as too, even an outdoor courtyard that is beautiful and private for your events/parties. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
