UPDATE: They are illegally witholding deposit and we are filing small claims charges against them. DO NOT GO HERE. If you do, you better understand you're not getting your deposit back, they will up your rent after your "discounted" first term, and nothing will work or be ready as promised.. UPDATE: We terminated the lease, in email, to make sure we had a paper trail because their system wouldn't let us end the lease with the login. I also made sure that one of their representatives confirmed receipt of cancellation and confirmed he was processing it, just to be safe. Glad I did. Regus is trying to say we never cancelled, in order to run the lease out long enough to keep the entire deposit. We are now having to do just that. AVOID REGUS AT ALL COSTS!!! @Regus Response: Thanks for showing an example of what we are dealing with. I'll be adding the screenshot of your reply if you remove it. It's clear you did no research to this before you replied. If you called the front desk at this location they'd know exactly which account this is about. It's my wife's account and she has my last name. Even Carla could figure it out if you called her. Furthermore, do you honestly think people reading these reviews are that dense. The low and one star reviews all say .. pretty much the same thing. Executive Summary: Go ANYWHERE else with your business. We have been fighting with this team for a month trying to get the room to the promised condition and we STILL don't have a firm date when it will be done (was supposed to be ready on 1st day of occupancy LAST month). They are asking for a payment account to be placed on file but already have tried to book the month of October for payment TWICE! Initial month and deposit were all paid already. They are attempting to collect the deposit is what we were told, which already has been paid and we have a receipt for. Nothing has gone right at this location and it has been a disaster since day one. Staff is lazy and refuses to follow through with their end of contract agreement and house rules. Do not get stuck here.. Carla the front desk "staff" blew off scheduling the painting of the office room, placing the furniture order, and making sure office was cleaned when the contract was signed (which is her responsibility). Office room was filthy and full of last tenants items and furniture when my wife arrived for the first day, it was an absolute mess. Carla then was annoyed and even made a flippant comment about us being upset at having to tell her to do her job and keep us informed of the status of when it will be completed. We had to reach out to a supervisor Kim to get this woman to actually notify us of where the process of getting the office was... With escalation to Kim things are getting done but the office will not be in agreed upon standards until two months into a 9 month contract (22% of contract term already failed by Regus). We are having to make do with a dirty office and junk furniture in the meantime with NO compensation. We also have been told we cannot terminate early but at this point I feel the breach of contract is enough to be actionable. Carla and Spencer who manage the building have zero follow through on promises and accountability. We had to escalate every single issue to Kim who is "a supervisor" to get anything started. We finally are supposed to have the office painted a month after contract start but the furniture won't be in for two months because Carla dropped the ball not once, but twice in processing the request and it can't be rushed. I am going to speak with this team's manager Richard B. out of STL to see if additional escalation can be done. For a group that is in business to provide professional workplaces I am stunned. The government could run this branch better... If you are starting or branching out to work somewhere you've got enough going on with that than to have to manage this team's day-to-day operations.

The low and one star reviews all say .. pretty much the same thing. Firing off a one paragrapher to make an appearance that you are proactive in making sure agreements are fulfilled and clients are happy is as transparent as glass on the reviews here. My review will remain as is or I'll have my wife put it up here to appease you. I will only update this review again when the situation is resolved and a form of compensation for two months of failing to meet contractual agreements are met. Avoid at all costs. Classic bait and switch business practices; they will offer a low introductory rate and then increase it by nearly 50%. When you try to negotiate this before your new term starts, they will tell you that you've missed the "grace period" to address your concerns. They will then tell you that their office staff should have came and addressed your upcoming renewal with you; however, when their own staff doesn't do their job, you're ultimately out of luck. Oh, and because they've baited you into increasing your rent, they will then ask for an additional security deposit. If you're looking for a facility that has constant HVAC issues (my room was ~65 degrees for many weeks), toilets that overflow and don't work, and power outages, then this is the place for you. If you're looking for an overpriced broom closet, then don't wait any longer to apply. You won't be disappointed. Bottom line, there's a reason that this facility cannot keep tenants. It's practically a revolving door at this place, but it's quickly becoming a ghost town. Learn from my mistake and avoid this place like the plague. Find a local landlord that actually values its clients and is respectful and honest in its business practices.

I previously had left a five star review. I am now leaving a 3 star review. Although I like Regus, I am incredibly disappointed with them. They are not focused on their customer. They are focused on their bottom line. After I spoke with one of their sales reps to add a new office location, there were other cheaper options that were not disclosed to me. Just two days after signing I learned of this, and they refuse to adjust my agreement in any way. While Regus can be good, be careful. Their primary concern is their bottom line. They don't care about their customers, even those who have been with them for multiple years.

They are the biggest rip-off for services I literally been waiting 2 months on them to fix a mistake made by their system and still nothing but my charges continually increase with no real solution. I give them 2 because I still currently use and the women in the office is amazing but the technical team and billing are horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves. I don't recommend at ALL

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At Business Exchange Building, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
