I’ve had a mixed experience living here. The good: I really enjoy the tall ceilings and having hardwood floors instead of carpet. My floor is generally quiet, and the area feels safe. It’s also dog-friendly, which is a plus, though I am aware that some residents deal with barking dogs. Overall, the building looks nice and has good curb appeal. The not so good: When I moved in, there was an ant problem that took nearly two months and many emails to resolve. Management did eventually provide a rent credit, which I appreciated, but the process was frustrating and slow. My electricity bill averages around $150, which feels unusually high. Maintenance told me there is a vent that cannot be turned off and that it pulls in outside air. This would explain why cigarette smoke has come into my apartment. I reported the smoke issue but never received a response. I’m currently waiting to see if the vent can be turned off, as it runs constantly. The hardwood floors are another issue. There are loose floorboards and exposed nails that catch on socks and have been painful to step on. I raised this concern when I first moved in, but nothing was done. I didn’t think to inspect the floors closely before signing, so I would strongly recommend doing that if you’re considering living here. Not all units have hardwood floors. The appliances are also limiting. The fridge and freezer are not full-size, which is manageable as a single person but still inconvenient. The microwave also functions as the oven, which I didn’t realize would bother me as much as it does. If you enjoy cooking, this setup may not work well for you. I mostly rely on the stovetop. The washer and dryer are combined into one unit and are extremely loud during the spin cycle. Because of this, I often air-dry my clothes instead. Overall: I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you’re comfortable with the issues mentioned above. I will not be renewing my lease. The apartment looks nice from a distance, but for the price, the value just isn’t there.

Love my new apt! HATE that the building frequently sounds like a dog shelter. Stayin positive....

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I can say I really like it and plan to stay for a little more. To be honest I have had some issues but you are going to find those almost everywhere and they have been fixed. Nolan has been great since the start, the maintenance team has also been great with us, I just hope they don’t get to the point where money becomes the most important for them, but will keep updating my review as time goes by.
