Landlord is very easy to work with. They have a range of pricing, different-sized offices, and cubicles in the main common area. The space is very clean, there's a coffee shop right downstairs, and it's surprisingly quiet for downtown Joplin.

Staff/owner very easy to get along with and also accomadating. The offices are nice and yet affordable! I love the historic district and this place has some modern touches while still keeping the vibe of the old times. The exposed brick/ ductwork is probably my favorite! This place also doubles as a small event venue. We had our daughters 5th birthday here!
