Fantastic space for remote workers or those that need a dedicated office space. I personally work remote and due to personal transitions I needed a space I could work remote since I temporarily wouldn’t have a home office space. Early Birds let me tour the facilities in a very low pressure manner and see what they had to offer. I used their $75 monthly subscription offer that gives 24/7 acres to the shared coworking space for a month. I loved being able to come in, make a free espresso and plug in my computer to the already prepared desk with dual monitors and get right to work each day. The space is kept clean and the building was very well renovated to make this business a great addition to the community. During my short time there, it was clear to me the owners care for the space and are looking for continuous improvement opportunities on their already great established space. A quick example is in addition to the desks with dual monitors and a battery backup system for the coworking space, they have added a docking station, mouse, and keyboard to each desk. You can literally walk in with nothing but your laptop now, plug one cord in, and you have high speed fiber internet and all the extra adds on ready to go. (I didn’t need a private office, but those offerings also looked very nice as well btw.) I’d highly recommend Early Birds for those needing a dedicated space to work remotely.
I’ve been using the coworking space at Early Birds for about five months now. I work remotely, but because I don’t have a great dedicated office space at home, this has been a real game-changer. The location in Uptown is great, it's walking distance from my house and right near IC Church and several restaurants. The value for the price is really good. A few specifics that make it worth it: Desk Setup: Every shared desk has a good chair and two monitors with a battery backup. It’s easy to just plug in my laptop and get moving immediately without messing with too many cables. Work & Focus: The fiber internet is fast and reliable. The open area is very professional for work and video meetings, but If you need to take a more private call, there are two quiet rooms with desks that are available. Atmosphere: It’s a professional, clean environment. The bathrooms are always spotless, and the free coffee is quite good. If you’re looking for a quiet, productive place to work in Jackson, this is it.
Great facility for conducting a weekly meetup that I am a part of. Spacious and clean with a solid internet connection. Plus lots of parking in the surrounding area.
