The space itself was beautiful and exactly what I needed, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff was unprofessional and frustrating. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 12:30 reservation to allow apple time to check in, but there was no one at the front desk—just a note saying the receptionist had stepped away. I assumed someone would return before my booking started, but no one arrived until 12:45, 15 minutes after my reservation began. When the receptionist finally returned, she did not greet me or acknowledge the delay, simply saying something like, "I thought that might be you." In the meantime, I had called the help desk and was left on hold—I could even hear the phone ringing at the reception desk while I waited. Once she finally walked me to my room, there was no sign indicating it was reserved for me, and she still did not introduce herself or apologize. She just pointed to a whiteboard where the Wi-Fi code was written and said, "That's the Wi-Fi," offering no guidance on any other amenities—including where to find the restroom. I had booked the space 30 minutes before my client was scheduled to arrive to ensure a smooth experience, but instead, I was left waiting with no assistance. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for my booking time was incredibly frustrating. I would hesitate to book again or recommend this space based on my experience.
