I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Regus. Despite requesting termination of all services effective January 2026, they have continued to charge me monthly for rent, virtual office fees, and other activation costs. I’ve sent emails to multiple managers, raised several tickets as instructed, and waited months with no resolution. Their system appears broken, and I’ve received no meaningful support. I cannot recommend this service. Keep giving credits and then again charge payments and after requesting, they provide credits- Huge Mistake, I took their services.

Overall, I got what I had to have – a quiet place with a door, chair and desk. However, I was a bit disappointed and maybe going to the library would have been better. First, I’ve used this location twice and both times I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi using my reservation number. I had a meeting right after my reservation began so I didn’t have time to work with the receptionist to troubleshoot. I just used my phone’s hotspot – which wasn’t ideal. The next issue I had was that the office chair in the office only had a single arm. Other minor issues – the room only had a single power outlet I could find. Luckily it was in a good location, but it would have been nice to charge my phone with another outlet. Finally, the trashcan had rubbish in it. It didn’t smell but it was kind of off-putting. If this was a hotel I wouldn’t stay here again. The only reason I will probably come back is there isn’t anywhere else that offers office space by the hour.

Watch for hidden fees. Company will not talk to you and will keep charging after you have cancelled your contract. Terrible company.
