Was one of the worst experiences for my business. I've had gym memberships that are easier to cancel (have been asked to repeated ask to cancel when ive done that multiple times over multiple weeks), and forget about tech capabilities with regards to your account. They are unable to switch email addresses for an account... the thing that should only require a change in the database... can't be done. They tried and failed. Will never use this horrid business in the future.
