Treestone Properties DOES NOT HAVE OFFICE SPACE IN THIS BUILDING, According to the receptionist, they ONLY use this Address, 400 Chesterfield Ctr, suite 400 to Recieve mail! Found tht out After driving there frm North County! Bank of America glass building.

Horrible company to deal with. Read the fine print on your contract and make sure you cancel six months in advance. They overbill for services. Poor customer support. Will never use them again. If you need a virtual office, use Bizee for $29 a month instead of Regus at $108 a month.

My experiencing renting with Chesterfield Office Suites has been absolutely great. They were the first place I rented for my solo practice as a Certified Financial Planner(TM) and have helped my business grow by offering a professional location to meet my prospects without renting for hundreds of dollars a month by allowing me to rent a meeting room for a modest hourly fee. Brett Burkhart and Debbie Cary has provided excellent customer service as well, like whenever I would have an issue with not receiving receipts for bookkeeping purposes. Only reason I no longer work with them is because I have moved to Kansas City, otherwise, I would definitely be staying with them.

Chesterfield Office Suites offers great office space and it's a great floor and location. Very clean high end space with full time receptionist, multiple conference rooms, large break area, kitchen with food for purchase and a small gym. Brett takes care of the tenants and everything really well, I would highly recommend it.
