This is an absolutely fantastic place for a small business to work out of. It has several amenities that make it a very pleasant place to be. Along with your office space, they also offer a nice kitchen area, conference room and a lounge area. Each office space has a window, and if you’ve ever worked behind a desk without one, you know that’s a great perk! I’m telling you, every time you walk in this building, it even smells fresh and inviting. So, if you’re looking for something in the middle of the Cape Girardeau area, absolutely take this place into consideration!

We have been in our space at Hubco for almost a year now, the amenities are very nice, space is very comfortable, friendly neighbors in the building and the staff does all it can to make it a pleasant place to work. The break area is always fully stocked and very cozy to share lunch with other building mates.
