Originally constructed in 1885, the Union Block building was established by some of Minnesota’s earliest entrepreneurs. We are proud to continue their legacy, creating a space that encourages productivity, creativity and collaboration.

Union Block is our coworking hub, accommodating groups and individuals in need of a high tech, productive space. Conference Rooms are rentable by the hour - with or without a membership.

Entire space rental available M-F after 6pm, or anytime on weekends.

Our team held a mission-critical 3-day workshop at The Forum, the private section we rented within this co-working space, and it was exactly what we needed. With 13 people working intensely for three days, having a large private space made all the difference. There was no random foot traffic, plenty of room to spread out with a separate kitchen area, and the quiet, comfortable setting let us stay heads-down and actually get through our agenda. The multiple large screens throughout the space were also a huge help, letting us easily share visuals with the whole group. A huge shoutout to Jenny, the manager, who went above and beyond for us. Whenever we had a random, last-minute request for supplies, she tracked them down without hesitation. Housekeeping also came through every night to reset and tidy the space, so we walked in each morning to a clean, organized room ready to go. If you need a space for an important offsite or workshop, I can't recommend The Forum enough.

I cannot say enough good things about the Lift Bridge Cowork. The space is gorgeous, the amenities are incredible but best of all amazing staff who go above and beyond to help with every detail. Thank you Jenny and team!

Liftbridge's cowork experience is amazing. I have been a client for more than 2 years, and I love not working at home. The environment is comfortable and has all of the free space and meeting space to make my day perfect. Well worth it!
