The staff at our Regis location in Town Square Tower have always been kind, respectful and accommodating. Allison is a rock star and makes our work easier by managing the floor so well. Thank you Regis staff.

I had a physical office for 3.5 years. This company is beyond cheap. When I first began to rent my office I was told that any of my guest/clients would get free coffee. That never happened. When I brought it up, they made me aware it wasn’t in my contract. I would get regularly over charged on invoices. The front staff would give me credits on future bills bc the corporate office was impossible to work with. They’re in Singapore without the phone access…even to the front desk employees! When I first signed up my deposit was minimal. But over the years they continued to increase it until the deposit was 3 times the rent. And getting the deposit back was nearly impossible. They promised me the entire amount back. It took dozens of emails, phone calls and me threatening a lawsuit to get my money back. IT TOOK 7 MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY!!! The contract says it takes 30 days to get a deposit back. the employees are nice and try, but corporate are awful crooks. I wouldn’t do business with Regus again. There are other co-working/virtual offices literally across the street that are so much better!

Predatory pricing, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. What is listed as $400/month somehow turns out to over $4000 after signing?!?! And they will avoid you every time you attempt to end contract. How is this legal??

Working with them has been a nightmare. I signed up for a virtual office for a business address. I immediately began being charged late fees - even though they were charging my card via auto-pay. It took months of back and forth in email, phone, and even a stern letter. I was still never credited for the late fees. They also started charging me for mail services I didn't sign up for about half way through the year. I decided to ride out the rest of my 12-months and be done with them. Then, I missed an email they sent in December, giving me 21 days to respond or my contract auto-renews for another year. My contract does not renew until April. When I tried to cancel they offered to transfer me to another Regus location. What was supposed to be a light-touch solution for a business address turned into hours of pouring over invoices, providing documentation, and pleading with the non-responsive staff. They are not a good enough service to have people willing and happy to pay them - therefore, they need to trap you in terms and conditions, bureaucracy and paperwork.
