Tristan did a great job dealing with some mechanical issues we have been having. He followed up with the maintenance staff and kept me informed throughout the process.

I selected this Regus location specifically because I was told I would have access to two complimentary hours in the community meeting room for client use. That detail directly influenced my decision to sign. That benefit has now been removed and replaced with additional charges (they raised the prices to rent ALL the rooms)—without any advanced formal notice or communication. It’s not just the change itself—it’s how it was handled. When a company alters something that impacts how clients run their businesses, especially something that was part of the original value proposition, you would expect transparency and at least some level of transition or acknowledgment for existing customers. Instead, this appears to have been implemented quietly, leaving clients to discover it on their own. I also want to be clear that this is not a reflection on the front desk team. Dan, Tristan, and Stacey are consistently professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. They clearly take pride in their work and have no control over this decision. My concern is with management. For a company that markets itself as supporting professionals, this approach feels misaligned. Changes like this erode trust and make it difficult to rely on the consistency of what’s being offered. I would appreciate a response from management on how this decision was made and whether there is any consideration being given to existing clients who signed under different expectations. ******UPDATE**********THIS WAS THEIR RESOLUTION: After posting this review, Regus customer care offered me a $175.50 credit on the condition that I remove this review. When I declined, they confirmed in writing — four separate times — that the credit would not be issued unless I took the review down. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Minnesota Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division regarding this practice."

I rented an office for 2 years. It's a big corporation and feels like it with everything from sales to invoicing to move-out fees. First, the location is great. The office is nice and the front desk employees are superb to none. I did visit a competitor of theirs and also loved the front desk people. The office is great to rent 'confidential', closed door rooms for privacy. It's always quiet and the access is easy and convenient. The secure access and client check in/waiting room - great. Also, I did use other facilities while I traveled. So, back to the large company treatment. Everything is fair but the invoicing practices seem like a heavy hand. Case in point - move out fees for an agent to relist my office was roughly $530. So like cleaning fees plus... other generic stuff. A little more than I was expecting, but I don't know the going rate. Mind you - my office was not repainted or touched up when I moved in, but it was nice. There were some small unpatched artwork holes. I once forgot to pay (thought I did, but I didn't), and I incurred a late fee - fair. But they do threaten you quite easily. Like, I had an outside collections company sent me emails every day I was past the due date. This was my first and only time I was accidently late on a payment. And it took about 2 days after I paid for the outside collection company to stop contacting me. Also, my business credit card expired- so they asked me to upload a new card. Mind you this was 3 weeks from my lease end date, and I had pre-paid all my bills and owned nothing more. To add a new card, it was authorized to charge 2 dollars. And if I didn't do it, they were going to charge me a retainer fee that would be returned at the end of my lease. They didn't say how much in the email for not updating my card, but when I heard retainer... the only reference I have is my lease retainer which was over $1000 after two years, so I was thinking something similar. Their salespeople are what I would say a little fresh and can come across a little pushy. I could work with them because patience works well- although I preferred more mature / mutual benefit sales tactics. It felt like they were all about their sale - or playing the game of I'm not sure I can do better - when you knew they could do better. I got a great deal on my first few months' rent and it was most economical to sign a year-long lease. There was one other fall through the cracks incident when I was doubly billed. It was an automated slip up. I wasn't happy with the level of intellect when I had to deal with it through email with the corporation. (the only way to access their help desk). So, when they threaten me when I slip up, but then handle their partial slip up with 50% care and accommodation...it's a brand reflection. But all this is firmly confirmed that they can do this according to their corporate/legal written policy (that every employee is taught to quote with empathy). So, it's kind of like sorry you feel that way or sorry your experience was less than ideal, but our policy allows this. So, in summary - great spot with dining, underground parking in the winter, and facilities but you have to deal with the corporate arm's length approach to their operations.

Regus West End has wonderful staff and a great facility. Would recommend to anyone searching for an office space in West End. Heated parking with an elevator straight into the office makes the Winters very pleasant.
