I fell in love with Executive Spaces as soon as my sister described it to me. Then when I viewed it in person I knew this would be the office space for me. The office is up to date and very clean, such a nice calm setting. The owner is very nice and welcoming. If you are looking for an office in St. Cloud I highly recommend Executive Spaces.

When I vetted this location for the company I had worked for, there were several essentials I was pursuing: a quiet professional environment, client comfort, handicap accessibility, good parking, an office that was aesthetically pleasing overall, a good location, and reasonable pricing. Everything on this list was exceptionally met to my amazement at Executive Spaces, along with having a very pleasant, responsive and professional owner/Lessee in Lynette. Lynette has done a remarkable job with this location! It is warm and welcoming with a combination of old world charm and modern clean lines and feel. When I proposed the idea of this location, routed the images, and made the warm introduction of the decision maker to Lynette, the process on Lynette's part was perfectly seamless throughout to move in. I highly recommend Executive Spaces for anyone seeking a great office space to serve their clients!

New office space on Division across from McDonald's. It's been remodeled inside and is very modern and comfortable to be in. Would be a great place to have your own office space in a semi co-working environment. Individual offices with doors provide private space just for you of course. The security is good, the tenants are solid, and Lynnette the owner is super kind and funny.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Executive Spaces.
