I went to this clinic seeking help for what I believed was Hell’s Itch following a severe sunburn. I was experiencing intense pins-and-needles sensations, stabbing pain, and itching so severe that I was unable to sleep. I explained multiple times that this felt very different from a typical sunburn and that I was concerned it was Hell’s Itch rather than a routine sunburn. During both the visit and a follow-up call, I felt that Dr. T. Jirik dismissed my concerns and continued to treat it as a standard sunburn. When I asked about Hell’s Itch and whether it might require a different approach, I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. I was advised to use aloe vera, cold showers, and a topical treatment. Despite expressing concern about the topical treatment, I was told to use it, and after applying it, my symptoms became significantly worse. When I called back to report this, I again felt dismissed. I understand that providers may have different opinions on diagnosis and treatment. However, I left feeling that the severity of my symptoms was not taken seriously and that my concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and patient care for future patients.

Took my father to this urgent care because he was unwell and was seen by this horrendous Doctor N Agujiobi To say she needs to get her medical license revoked would be an understatement. Absolutely horrible, unprofessional and rude. I asked her to repeat what she said about the medication she prescribed because I didn’t hear her clearly over my father coughing, and she rudely said she doesn’t have time for this. This Dr. needs to have a mental health assessment by a psychiatrist before being allowed to see patients. Allina Health at St Francis PLEASE do better
