Today, The Lowlands is a stunning, repurposed industrial building that hosts a wide variety of specialty events. Featuring elegant curved shapes, soft finishes, artful lighting, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces. Our two levels have expansive windows that allow ample natural light to flow through the space. As night falls, the lower level bar, which we call The Ladyslipper Lounge, is transformed and lit by a glowing indoor terrarium. We booked the Lowlands for our wedding (ceremony, dinner, and reception) and were very happy with our choice. The staff were very responsive in the weeks and days leading up to the event and were easy for us to work with and make adjustments as the day got closer. The venue itself is also beautiful and the upstairs/downstairs layout lent itself really well to having our whole day in one location (upstairs ceremony, downstairs cocktail hour, upstairs dinner, downstairs reception).

We recently hosted our all-staff gathering at Lowlands, and it exceeded our expectations. We used both the indoor and outdoor spaces, including food trucks, lawn games, and activities designed to bring our team together. From the moment we started planning, the Lowlands team was incredibly responsive, flexible, and easy to work with. Even though we booked on fairly short notice, they partnered with us to create exactly the experience we envisioned. The bright, open space with windows all around created a fresh, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put everyone at ease. It felt like the perfect setting to step away from the office, connect with colleagues, and simply have fun together. Our staff loved the venue, and we received so many positive comments about the day. The Lowlands team was accessible, accommodating, and made the entire process feel effortless. As a wedding photographer, I have been to countless venues, and can confidently say The Lowlands is one of the very best. Not only is the space itself stunning, and always immaculately clean, but the staff is full of kind, responsive, helpful, prompt, true industry professionals (not teens working their summer jobs 👀 respectfully). It's evident the staff truly cares about their couples and guests, as they are always willing to go above and beyond for them! Last but certainly not least... a prime location with a parking lot!! hallelujah. Need i say more!?
