The Lowlands

This venue is everything. I coordinated a wedding here this past Friday and the venue staff was simply fantastic. Everything was set up accurately upon my arrival and Becky kindly let in my assistant and the DJ that were accidentally a bit early. The Lowlands is one of those venues that doesn't require much to have a gorgeous gathering, but what truly sets them apart is their incredible and genuinely hospitable team of staff members. I will forever give Becky and her bar staff all the flowers, but the real star of the show this time around was a gent named Elijah. He was a genuinely kind and efficient venue wallflower, supporting the movement of tables and chairs mostly, yet he always took the time to ask if there was anything he could help me/the bar team with. At the end of the night, my assistant and I were not able to fit all of the couples decor in our cars, so I was going to have to make a second trip back to collect it all by the end of the rental window. Witnessing this, he chirped up to me out of nowhere and asked, "Do you think it would be able to fit in my car?". I laughed and thanked him for the gesture, but our destination was so out of his way. I wasn't even going to consider it. Without hesitation, he said "Let's try. I'm going to be up anyway and I'd love to help so you don't have to drive all the way back here." He proceeded to drive to North Loop and support my assistant and I loading in three huge trips of decor into my clients loft without a huff or a puff. Honestly, he did it with a casual smile and with genuine care. I'm still so charmed that there are young and proactive venue staff out there down to get their hands dirty and go out of their way to help those in need, even if it inconveniences them. The best of humanity!! And lucky for Lowlands, they have the poster child of this kind of magical person. Elijah, you're forever my MVP!!!! xoxo

I cannot praise the Lowlands team enough. We had an exceptional experience. Becky and her team bent over backwards to make sure all of our needs were met. Communication was outstanding- with regular meetings and prompt responses to questions.

Becky and the Lowlands team were exceptional to work with! My couple and I were so impressed with the communication, ongoing support, and overall experience on the wedding day. As a planner, I work with many different venues and venue managers, and The Lowlands is at the top of my list for their support and how easy it was to reach the venue staff throughout the day and their willingness to step in and help other vendors!

My niece got married there! It was very big. It had two floors and an elevator. It was hosted very nicely and made a memorable experience!!!

The Lowlands is an incredible space for your wedding or any large event! The entire staff are thoughtful, generous, and professional while also knowing how to support us in throwing a party. They were amazing and helpful in recommending our other vendors who they have worked with and trust. The two floors allows for great movement throughout the event and everything was seamless and taken care of by them. They answered any and all questions we had and made suggestions based on what our vision/budget was. Truly an incredible venue with even better staff behind it. Thank you for making our wedding day the best day!
