I'm excited to be here! Since this building has been purchased by a new owner, everything has been updated and revamped into a beautifully modernized, relaxing appearance. There is no ego here sensed from anyone and the atmosphere is warm welcoming. Free parking and wheelchair accessible along with amenities available to guests and tenants is very kind. Great location with natural lighting and the owner has exceeded my expectations already. As a new tenant I feel valued, like I'm truly wanted here. I feel like I belong here and that means so much to me. Thank you to the owner for being a transparent, kind, and gracious person, who seeks to serve small businesses in the Rochester community with the utmost professionalism, respect, integrity and compassion. To be appreciated and valued enough that the owner wants to help us grow in success means more than words can say. The Hub is about building relationships via the likeminded-ness of other business owners and colleagues within your industry and having the freedom to encourage and spur one another on, to brainstorm and bounce ideas off each other. THIS to me is what it means to be a "team", to come together as a hub and help one another best serve Rochester and surrounding areas. To make a positive impact on others. Thank you for providing a safe and secure place for us to do that.

A very nice, well kept office space, lots of windows with a great view right in the center of Rochester. Remodeled and looks great. Always had parking in the lot below for customers or guests. The owner has gone above and beyond for me as a tenant and truly appreciate it.

Beautiful office space with a great location to downtown Rochester. Walking distance from some of the cities favorite places. Recently signed a lease agreement to have an office here, and I was blown away with how great these remodeled offices are. Huge conference room that is super impressive for any potential clients and business deals. The best of it all though is the affordable price. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for your next office space!
