Catalyst is the perfect location for your special day! Inside and out the space is immaculate. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have had the honor to work with their amazing staff multiple times over the past few years and I always enjoy delivering wedding cakes and desserts to this venue!

We had an amazing experience at Catalyst May of 2025 for our wedding. It was the perfect location for anyone looking for a modern but close to nature feel. It was hard to find a resort in northern MN/WI that didn't have an "old cabin" feel to it. This place was perfect, and the service was incredible! Our wedding was 1 year ago, and our friends/family still talk about how beautiful it was! Thank you to the entire team!

I stayed for a couple of nights in January to check out this resort. The grounds and lodging were pristine and well maintained. I booked a suite in the main lodge. Having a microwave and a mini fridge was perfect. The gym in the clubhouse had wonderful equipment for me to get my daily workout in. I would love to play pickleball on my next visit when I’m not traveling solo. I would have liked to use the snowshoes when I was there, but it was too cold to be outside long enough to do so. The sauna was my favorite amenity during my winter stay. I look forward to coming back in the warm months. This is a quiet, tucked away gem, but it’s also very close to both Nisswa and Brainerd/Baxter. I plan to bring my bike with next time and hop on the Paul Bunyan trail and head into town for part of the day. I also look forward to checking out the beach and having bonfires in the evening. 10/10 recommend!
