Where do I begin……one of the worst financial decision I’ve made in my business career (you win some you lose some) my office didn’t have a lock for the first month of my lease…. To start there was a bunch of mess and confusion on when my lease start date was with the spaces team and management which led to my credit card being charged 3 times and I didn’t even have a key to my office! They refunded my account and most of the money ended up being a credit instead of refund, not the biggest deal but some people may have needed that money to delegate elsewhere. Their system is so confusing I don’t even know If ive been correctly compensated honestly. My second biggest complaint is that the 2nd of my lease term I submitted my furniture request. One of the biggest selling points that spaces has is they offer furnished office, sounds great right? It took over 3 months for my first piece of furniture to arrive keep in mind I only signed a 6 month lease. They delivered me one small couch and 2 tables and a file cabinet I didn’t order but never sent the other items on my request. Ended up paying $500 a month for a desk, chair, couch and small table. Having a poorly furnished office for more than half of my lease impacted my ability to hold meetings and invite investors into my space. Lastly I signed $500 for 6 months lease, the office was okay (small/no windows/no AC) when they send me an email to renew my lease I was appalled to see they more than triple my price to over $1500/month for the same office space. Moral of the story, stay away from Northloop spaces at all cost! Not worth the headache! On a side note, staff were always great and welcoming! I think there are many problems with their management etc

We had nothing but dissatisfaction with this place. A shelf fell off the wall and ruined our equipment. We were told they were not responsible because it wasn't their shelf; however, it wasn't ours either. It was there when we rented the office! No one in charge was helpful; Amber and Ann totally ignored my concerns. We were also charged $40 a month for coffee services, and coffee wasn't available for at least six months neither was the internet. To top it all off, they are charging us a restoration fee at the end of the lease, and I am currently asking them to waive the fee. I can't wait to see their response! This is a terrible office! Do not rent there if you value good service! We.still haven't received our security deposit! Nor the credit that was promised to us!

Avoid SPACES/REGUS! I toured Regus with Tyler Schroeder as I looked to relocate my small business. Tyler was prompt to respond although fairly aggressive in selling me on the office space. It was the location I wanted and Tyler was very responsive initially, so I moved forward. After signing the lease and paying the deposit, everything changed. Over the past 3 weeks, Tyler has disappeared. I called Tyler 3 weeks ago to confirm a move-in date and he said that would be “no problem”. So we booked professional movers for that day. We followed up and Tyler passed us on to the community manager who informed us that no moving is allowed between 7:30am and 5:30pm. Besides this being an utterly ridiculous policy, Tyler clearly failed to let me know that. I specifically asked Tyler for confirmation before booking movers and all I heard was “no problem”. It gets worse. I am now being sent different lease versions with some excluding the move-in specials that we had agreed to. Regus and Tyler are operating a Bait-n-Switch scheme and it’s adding incredible stress to my small business. Don’t make the same mistake I did, AVOID REGUS AT ALL COSTS!
