I’ve been renting an office at Regus on 333 Washington Ave since January and couldn’t be happier. The space itself is polished and inviting, the building is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is exactly what my patients need to be able to feel comfortable enough to do therapy. The team here is genuinely helpful and makes the whole experience effortless. Highly recommend to freelancers, therapists, remote workers, or any small business looking for a great home base! Thanks Regus!

I got charged extra fees on month two of renting here. They took so long to explain the charges that the next month had come around already. Since then, they’ve been charging me extra fees every month while promising they’d remove them. I eventually cancelled my service but just got a bill today from them. Somehow my service is active and I got a bill for next month. This company is a scam. Edit** I have contacted support several times, I’ve been told that the fees would be removed and refunded. That never happened.

SHAME ON BROOKE BULLARD, THE “MANAGER”. She plays dumb when Regus overcharged me several hundred dollars. She claimed to have put in a request for a refund but after 2 months I did not receive a refund to my original payment method nor a credit on my account. Clearly she is on commission and has incentive to lie and steal from customers.
