I really enjoy being a part of this community. Karyna does an amazing job of connecting people. She also makes all who enter the space feel welcome and cared for. The events that bring the community together are wonderful and fun. Three cheers to this Expansive TriTech team.

We have used the office space here for the past two and a half months and love it! The other occupants are friendly. The staff is helpful and they provide great hospitality. I feel like we have the privacy we need, yet are still able to interact with other people if we want.

I've spent two years at Expansive here in Minneapolis, and it's one of the best decisions I've made. I left a much larger office space during the pandemic. I didn't want the same footprint, and the flexibility and options made Expansive a frontrunner for me. I'm not tied into long contracts, and they have so many offices of different sizes and different turnkey move-in levels that picking an office and getting moved in right away was a breeze. The staff here are also very, very accommodating and responsive, and there's a great sense of community as well.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Expansive.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
