We had a great offsite meeting for our leadership team at Coco Minneapolis! First of all - you can't beat the space - it is gorgeous! The room we met in was all set up for us and had everything we needed. The staff was wonderful - Ashleigh made sure all our needs were met and took care of us. Highly recommend Coco Coworking!

Sharing a quick review of Coco Workspace Downtown, particularly highlighting their excellent service. From the moment I was toured around the beautiful Grain Exchange building by Grabiela, I was impressed. She was incredibly helpful, especially in setting up my workspace within the day. She also introduced me to some of the regulars, omg I was really shy. I cannot be in sales!! I truly appreciated her understanding of my introverted nature and how awkward I was. The entire team is amazing, always ready to help. While I want to give 5 stars, I am giving a 4-star rating (just for a month lol) due to a specific incident today. When I visited my office to check my mail and package, someone else was using my desk. With complete setup! Haha! It was funny and a bit frustrating, but no one is at fault here. Despite this, I will definitely be renewing my workspace for another year or two. I hope I can grow my small company here. The place is beautiful to work at!

Coco Coworking was great for our meeting. The building is beautiful, meeting spaces were great and had everything we needed and Ashleigh was extremely helpful during the planning process. She was quick to respond, provided great recommendations and was intuitive on-site. My entire team would highly recommend Coco Coworking.

At Coco Historic Grain Exchange, Meeting Rooms and Private Day Offices can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Coco LLC.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Coco LLC, who is more than happy to help out.
