This place is a work of art truly. Cozy, inviting, warm, and has amenities with a fair price! We chose this for a work event, a holiday party, and it had enough room for the 18 people that showed and could of easily fit more. We were spread out, evenly placed with no one stepping on each other's toes. The fridge was spacious for holding some cold foods. Easy access to the location with easy access inside. Lighting was bright but soft. Enough room for coats and a private bathroom. I absolutely loved this and will definitely be trying to book for our next event!

Great space for our bridal shower! The instructions were clear and the place looks exactly like the photos! Highly recommend! One thing- the sidewalk near the parking lot has two levels and it is very hazardous- especially if you are carrying loads back and forth from your car and aren’t looking down. My mom tripped and fell on the uneven sidewalk while taking a load to her car. Multiple other people from our event tripped on it but were able to catch themselves before falling. Something to be cautious of! But overall, a great experience!

I wanted a nice upscale space to throw my husband a surprise 40th birthday party. Havn Co. was the perfect venue. I was able to cater food, and decorate how I envisioned also. My husband and all of our guests were blown away by how beautiful and welcoming the space was. They were great to work with and everything went so smoothly with the booking process. Would definitely recommend and use them again. They were so kind as well.

We hosted our daughter’s grad party at Havn Co and the venue was perfect. It was a clean, beautiful, and perfect sized space for our needs. I appreciate that we could bring our own food and drinks. Set-up and cleanup were a breeze and access to the space was easy. We received lots of compliments on the space. Would definitely rent the space again and highly recommend !

I hosted TWO events here, a baby shower and an athletic banquet, and the space was perfect for both! It's really what you make it and requires minimal decoration, which is perfect for a quick set-up and take-down. Plenty of social space and easy to find!
