Beautiful , great furniture, modern space, clean, comfortable, and with fast and reliable internet. I live in Canada but come here often and I have never been disappointed. Communication with the owner is always very easy. Highly recommended! Really deserves 5 star!!!

I was in a pickle when my hotspot quit working and I didnt have internet for work. I was able to leave a message for Patti and she responded within 15 minutes letting me know how to get access to the electronic keyed door. Ballan's has been beautifully designed and decorated. It was quiet and professional and I would recommend 10/10 to anyone needed a refreshing space to work in.

There's a reason this place only has 5-star reviews (as of August 2023): it's a 5-star place. It is beautifully furnished, with intentional use of space to maximize privacy and efficiency; there are options for all types of workspaces - fully enclosed offices, open concept desks, meeting rooms, and event space; and the owner is thoughtful, involved, and communicative - I booked an open desk which was at the bottom of the stairs, and she very kindly offered me a different space for a day when there was an event happening upstairs so my work would be less impacted by the noise from the event. Thank you so much, Patti & team - you run a tight ship, and I will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place to have an offsite meeting! Comfortable, welcoming, clean, spacious. Wifi worked great, and was so nice to have access to coffee, water and a fridge. The communication with the owner was also amazing. Highly recommend, and we will be using Ballans iSpace again in the future.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ballan's iSpace.
